Immature Eagle Pass Okra fruit one axil back on stem.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h1>Okra Plants Starting To Produce<\/h1>\n<h4>Spring, TX<\/h4>\n<p>My ego knows no bounds and so I say with a full voice, \u201cPrepare for Okra!\u201d\u00a0 We might be verging on pod a day harvests.\u00a0 Or more!\u00a0 Ah, don\u2019t get too excited.\u00a0 While we ate the first Okra of the season in a wonderful Okra Garden Supply Lunch, the next three pods are withered and will not be eaten.\u00a0 I harvested two pods the same day I took the photo above.\u00a0 I will eat those pods tonight.<\/p>\n<p>So glad to see this blossom again in the garden.
