January may be a little cold to start okra plants, but with the enthusiasm of the blog and the name of the store I went for it. These sweet seeds you may remember from January 6 post. I think they had a tough time with the recent cold but now it is 80 degrees Fahrenheit and the cotyledons are here to say hello. How long until we harvest an okra? I think we will be munching on tax day, April 15.
