License Agreement
By purchasing a OGS Print at Home 3D Model from Okra Garden Supply, you are purchasing a limited license and agree to use the downloaded file in accordance with the following terms. The purchaser will be referred to as "licensee" and Okra Garden Supply, LLC as "licensor."
Personal Use Only
The licensee may only manufacture the model for personal, non-commercial, use. You may not sell the model or any manufactured models without prior, written consent of the licensor. The model is intended to be manufactured on a Fused filament fabrication printer, in small quantities for personal use. You may make modifications to the design for personal use. Please contact help@okragardensupply.com for commercial license pricing.
Transfer of Ownership
The ownership of the model is retained by Okra Garden Supply, LLC. The sale of this license by the licensor to use the model does not constitute a transfer of ownership.
Limit of Liability
Okra Garden Supply is not responsible for the final product of the printed model, and getting the best result may require you to optimize your printer settings. The models have been successfully printed on Okra Garden Supply's Ultimaker S5 printer. We are not responsible for any damage to equipment used to manufacture the model, or resulting from use of the printed model.
Sharing
Only the licensee is entitled to manufacture the 3D model. You may only share the file with others in order to manufacture the item for personal use. You are responsible for securing these files to prevent distribution beyond the allowed use.
Permitted and Non-Permitted Use Examples
Permitted 3D Printing Use
- You are allowed to make 3D Prints of the 3D Model for personal household use. Typically less than 20 3D Prints per purchased model is allowed.
Non-Permitted Uses
- You are not allowed to resell 3D Prints of the purchased 3D Models.
- You are not allowed to make molds of the 3D Models and resell the molds.
